24 Frame Playback

We provide superior 24 frame video and computer playback services on set as well as shoot and edit special video segments for all of your playback needs executed by qualified operators on every shoot.

Video Record and Playback was first invented in 1967 for a space exploration film called Marooned by Hal Landaker and further perfected with the help of his son Alan in 1971 for which they won an Oscar. It is the method of converting TV and computer monitors operating at 30 frames per second to operate at the same rate of film camera, which is 24 frames per second. This is done with a conversion kit that synchronizes the camera with the monitor that is being filmed.

We at 24frame.com have been keeping up with advances in technology since the invention of 24 frame playback for the past 12 years, delivering successful playback, graphics and editing services as well as top notch equipment from period to contemporary.
